Coordinate Closing

Time, Date & Location

We can save you time by setting up the closing time and location with the signer. We know you may want to schedule the closing, but if it is something that would save you time, we are happy to take care of it! We'll update you with the time, date, or location of the closing as soon as it has been confirmed with your signer and title.

We're all human, and know  errors on the docs can happen, so we always review them prior to closing for consistent dates, name spelling, financial numbers, and missing pages or documents, doing our best to eliminate errors in the docs that could delay the closing taking place on time.

Again, our knowledge shines through at the table. We are comfortable guiding your client's through their documents, summarizing each one, and answering questions when necessary. If there are questions we are unable to answer, we know who to call, and will do so immediately to put your client at ease.

Whenever - Wherever

We are mobile notaries and will meet you whenever and wherever you are. In fact, some of our favorite closings are at Starbucks!

If you need us for back to back closings, or sporadic ones throughout the day, we also close at title companies, 1/2 day, whole days or just one or two closings at a time. Whatever you need, we are happy to serve.

Review and Deliver

For Funding

We understand how to handle funding conditions, execute urgently needed scans from the table, double check for properly signed and filled out documents, and disburse checks when available.

At title, we can make copies of signed docs when required, or if out of office, we can bring an unsigned copy for your signer. We'll drive executed docs back to your escrow agent, or FedEx them if they aren't local.
