Coordinate Closing
Time, Date & Location
We can save you time by setting up the closing time and location with the signer. Often times the lender, or title officers like to schedule the closing, but if it is something that would save you time, we are happy to take care of it! We'll update you with the time, date, or location of the closing as soon as it has been confirmed with your signer.

Find A Notary
Vetted Notaries
We'll find you the most qualified notary in the area! We're looking at the amount of verified closings they've completed, their reviews, their credentials, their fees, and the distance to the signing to make the best decision for you and your closing. In the rare cases we have a novice notary (usually very rural areas), we are there, every step of the way, guiding the notary before, during and after the signing to ensure your client has the same great experience!

Review Docs
Your Second Set of Eyes
We review the docs uploaded by title for consistent dates, name spelling, financial numbers, missing pages (proceeds forms, wiring instructions, deeds, shipping labels etc.), doing our best to eliminate errors in the docs that can delay the closing taking place on time.

Prep Docs
Clear Instructions
We prep the docs for the notary by providing clear instructions for each file and mark all signatures, dates, initials, notarial sections and info to be written in with an "X" to minimize errors that can happen at the table. Even if the signing is out of state, the notary is prepared to have a great signing.

Questions/Concerns
Knowledgeable Staff
We field notary and signer questions and concerns before/during/after the closing, and are happy to walk signers through any pages that they don't understand. We will always reach out to you with any concerns we cannot or should not answer.

100% Scanback Docs
Reviewed and Approved
We require scans on 100% of our signings and WE REVIEW THEM for errors before approving the notary to ship. We have the notary fix any errors we see in the scans before allowing ship out of the documents (unless the error will not affect funding and the timing of receiving the originals is critical). You also get access to all scans for your files to fund off of in case of a delay in the shipping process.
