APOSTILLE AND AUTHENTICATION SERVICES
Professional Apostille Facilitation in Texas & Colorado
Lindy Rich Services provides structured apostille and authentication coordination for individuals, businesses, and professionals requiring documents for international use.

We do not issue apostilles. Apostilles are issued solely by the appropriate Secretary of State or authorized government authority. Our role is to coordinate notarization, submission, tracking, and return of your documents in accordance with applicable state requirements.

What Is an Apostille?
An apostille is a government-issued certificate that authenticates the signature of a public official so that a document may be recognized in a foreign country that participates in the Hague Apostille Convention.

If your document will be used internationally, an apostille or authentication certificate may be required.
Requirements vary depending on:
• The state where the document originated
• The type of document
• The destination country

International Use & Country Requirements
Countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention require an apostille.

Countries not participating in the Hague Convention may require authentication or additional embassy legalization.

We recommend confirming destination country requirements prior to submission.
Notarial Authority & Document Eligibility
Notarial authority varies by state. Certain documents may not be eligible for copy certification or notarization by a notary public.

In many states, including Texas and Colorado, notaries may not certify copies of:
• Officially certified public records
• Vital records (birth, death, marriage certificates)
• School transcripts or academic records
• Copies made from copies rather than original documents

If a document requires an official certified copy, it must be obtained directly from the appropriate issuing authority.

Our team reviews document eligibility prior to submission to ensure compliance with applicable state law.
