Lindy Rich Services provides apostille facilitation for documents issued or notarized in the State of Texas. We coordinate notarization, document preparation, and submission to the Texas Secretary of State in Austin.

STANDARD MAIL SUBMISSION

For many documents, apostille requests may be submitted by mail to the Texas Secretary of State.

EXPEDITED COURIER SUBMISSION (AUSTIN)

When timing is critical, we may provide direct courier delivery to the Texas Secretary of State office in Austin.

This option may include:

• Document notarization

• Direct delivery to the Secretary of State office

• Expedited processing when available

• Return coordination

 

Expedited processing is subject to the Secretary of State’s policies and workload. Same-day issuance cannot be guaranteed.

TEXAS NOTARIAL LIMITATIONS

Texas notaries must follow specific rules regarding copy certification and notarization.

A Texas notary may not:

• Certify a copy made from another copy

• Certify a copy of an officially certified public record

• Certify copies of school transcripts or academic records

• ​

If an additional certified copy of a public or vital record is required, it must be obtained from the document’s official custodian.

​

All notarizations must comply with Texas notarial law.
