What do I need to bring to my notarization?
You will need a valid, government-issued photo ID and the document(s) to be notarized. All signers must be present at the time of notarization.
Do you offer mobile notary services?
Yes. We offer mobile notary services where a commissioned notary travels to your location, subject to availability and jurisdiction.
Can you notarize documents remotely?
In many cases, yes. We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) for eligible documents and jurisdictions where permitted by law.
What is the difference between general notary services and loan signings?
General notary services typically involve individual or business documents such as affidavits, powers of attorney, or vehicle paperwork. Loan signings and real estate closings are handled separately through our Mobile Closings & RON services.
Do you provide legal advice or prepare documents?
No. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. Our role is limited to notarial and administrative services.

WHAT ARE WE NOTARIZING?
We need to know what you need to get notarized but more important we need to know YOU know what you are getting notarized. Make sure you understand what you are signing!
Make sure you bring the UNSIGNED documents with you when you meet with us!
WHAT TYPE OF NOTARIZATION DO YOU NEED?
Do you need a Jurat or an Acknowledgement?
What does that mean?

Jurat - used when the signer is affirming or swearing that the document and the items in the document are true. The signer must be in the presence of the notary to swear or affirm to the truth of the document.

Acknowledgment - used when the signer is acknowledging their signature on a document is of their own free volition and is not being coerced in any way. The signer is saying they understand what is in the document and accept is as such. The signer must be in the presence of the notary to acknowledge their signature.

By law we cannot choose this for you! So please make sure you know what you need!

YOU MUST HAVE VALID ID
The ID must be a valid GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID with a photo and the name on the ID must match the name on the document.

If the document has John Steven Signer on it then the ID must have John Steven Signer on it.

If the document has John S Signer on it then the ID must have John S Signer or John Steven Signer on it

If the document has John Signer on it then the ID must have John Signer, John S Signer or John Steven Signer.
** The rule of thumb is that the ID must have more names or match exactly, the names on the documents.
A marriage license is NOT an acceptable form of ID.
